Through effective Vibration analysis and In Site Balancing carried out on call basis, regular monitoring (AMC) especially in Power Turbines, Cane Fibrizer / Cane Shredder, Batch / Continuous Centrifuge, Bagasse Blowers, ID, FD, SA Fans, etc., outages have reduced by more than 40%. We also carry out Two-Plane In-Site Dynamic balancing on above listed equipment, thereby increasing the life of the bearings by more than 60% to 70%.
